Let your software read text (text to speech), support Mandarin and English text, offers many kinds of TTS engines freely. Set speech voice, rate, volume, can translate text to Wave file.

To use SmartRead SDK, you must install Chinese or English TTS engine. Download from here:

The TTS engine for Windows XP is special.
if there is no Windows Installer in you computer, must install Installer system first.
